📅 Camp Hours

  • Before Care: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM
  • Camp Day: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Drop-Off Begins: 8:50 AM
  • Pick-Up Begins: 3:15 PM
  • After Care: Until 5:30 PM

All drop-off and pick-up take place at:

🕘 Drop-Off

  • Before Care: Campers enrolled in before care may arrive beginning at 8:00 AM. Please park and ring the front doorbell.
  • Regular Drop-Off: Begins at 8:50 AM for our 9:00 AM camp start.
  • Use the side entrance via the carpool loop.
  • Help your child exit your vehicle safely.
  • A staff member will greet your child and escort them inside.
  • If you choose to park, please use designated parking spots only and walk your child to the side entrance.
🔔 Arriving After 9:15 AM?
Please park and bring your child to the front door. Ring the bell for entry.
🚫 Parents are not permitted inside the building unless authorized.

🕞 Pick-Up

  • Regular Pick-Up: Begins at 3:15 PM. Camp officially ends at 3:30 PM.
  • Use the same side entrance and carpool loop as morning drop-off.
  • Remain in your vehicle; staff will escort your child to your car.
  • If you choose to park, please use designated parking spots only and walk to the side entrance.
  • After Care: Campers enrolled in after care may stay until 5:30 PM. Please park and ring the front doorbell for pickup.

👥 Alternate Pick-Ups

If someone other than a parent will be picking up your child:

  • Add them as an authorized pickup in your UltraCamp account or notify the camp office by email or phone.
  • For safety reasons, we cannot accept pickup instructions from campers.
