Dear Parents,

On Tuesday, July 11 & 12 the Pioneers will be going to Club Getaway on an overnight. 

Here is information regarding the trip.

We are going to Club Getaway in Kent, CT. It is a fully equipped campground with all camping amenities. We will be traveling by coach bus.

Mr. Baratz and Mr. Rafael Nidam will be leading the trip along with our camp staff.

Campers will be sleeping in cabins with AC, Bathrooms and Showers. The beds will have sheets, pillows and comforters on them. They will have a full day of activities and enjoy catered kosher meals. Club Getaway has it's own set of staff that plan our entire trip.

Camp Gan Israel has gone on this trip several times in the past and it is always a big hit. Here is a link if you would like to read up some more.

The fee of $150 per camper helps cover some of the costs.

Campers will be leaving camp (Kellman Brown Academy, 1007 Laurel Oak Road) on Tuesday, July 11 at 8:00am. Please be on time.

 - Campers will be returning to camp on Wednesday, July 12 at 6:00pm. We will keep you updated if anything changes.

 - Camp will provide all meals and snacks for the duration of the trip. All children will be supervised at all times by an adult.

 - Electronics are allowed for travel time only. All other times it will be collected.

Phones are not allowed. If you need to reach your child please call the camp phone at 856-438-0607. Your children will have time to call you in the evening on a staff phone.

 - Here are items that your child will need to bring along for the trip:
Swim Suit
2 Towels
Sun Screen
Camp Shirt
Sneakers or close toe shoes
Change of Clothing
Toiletries (Inc shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush & toothpaste, deodorant etc…) 
Refillable Water Bottle
Spending Money (not more than $10)
