🚗 Pick-Up & Drop-Off Procedures

All drop-off and pick-up take place at:

🕗 Drop-Off

  • If your child is signed up for before care: bring them from 8:00 AM onward, park your car and ring the front doorbell.
  • Regular drop-off begins at 8:50 AM.
  • Use the side entrance via the carpool loop.
  • Help your child exit your car safely.
  • A staff member will greet your child and escort them inside.
  • If you would like to park: please use designated parking spots only and walk to the side door to drop off your child.
🔔 Arriving After 9:15 AM?
Please park and bring your child to the front door. Ring the bell for entry.
🚫 Parents are not permitted inside the building unless authorized.

🕞 Pick-Up

  • Begins at 3:15 PM.
  • Use the same side entrance and carpool loop as morning drop-off.
  • Remain in your vehicle; staff will escort your child to your car.
  • If you would like to park: please use designated parking spots only and walk to the side door to pick up your child.
  • If your child is signed up for after care: park your car and ring the front doorbell. Children must be picked up by 5:30 PM.

👥 Alternate Pick-Ups

If someone other than a parent is picking up your child:

  • Add them as an authorized pickup in your UltraCamp account or notify the camp director via email or call.
  • For safety reasons, we cannot accept instructions from campers regarding who they are leaving with.
