Before Care ($10 per day) - 8:00am
You need to park the car and bring your child to the front door and ring bell.

Drop Off  - 8:55am
Please drive up to the side door of Kellman Brown Academy.

Staff member greets camper.

If you are dropping off your child after 9:15 it will be necessary to park and come to front door.

No parents will be allowed in the building.

Pick Up - 3:30pm  
Please drive up to the side entrance of Kellman Brown Academy. There will be a staff member waiting to escort the children to your car so it is not necessary to park your car. 

If someone else is picking up your child, whether it’s a relative, friend or another camp parent, please make note of that on your camp account or inform the camp director in the morning or via note or telephone call (Unless you add them as authorized pickups on you camp account in UltraCamp).

We will not be able to honor children’s messages about whom they think they may be going home with. Please avoid any confusion and make sure that clear messages are given.

After Care ($15 per day) - 5:30pm


Bus to the West Side of Cherry Hill
Morning pick up is at 8:35
Drop off at 3:50

The bus can not wait for late comers. Please be sure to be on time!

There will be a bus monitor taking attendance. Kiddy campers will have to sit in the front 8 seats. Families will be seated together.

Driving on the bus to camp is a privilege that can be revoked if a child is not able to behave appropriately and safely on the bus. Please make sure that your child understands this. 

Lunch and Snacks
Campers should bring in their own dairy or pareve KOSHER lunch, except for Wednesdays, when camp will provide pizza lunch.

We are a nut free facilty

​Camp Gan Israel will provide all snacks, including fruits and vegetables. 

There will always be bread, cream cheese, hard cheese, and jelly available if children do not bring their own lunches

 


Swimming* 
We will be swimming at  Haddontowne Swim Clubs.

On all swim days please send with your child a bag with a clearly labeled towel, swimsuit, water shoes and sunscreen for reapplication. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to apply sunscreen on your child in the mornings before camp. 

Please refer to the camp calendars as there are some date changes regarding swimming.

Swim days are subject to change due to weather conditions.


Trips 

We will be traveling by T&L Bus Service on all of our trips (for Juniors and Pioneer). On all trip days campers must wear their Camp Gan Israel t-shirt which they will receive on their first day of camp. Additional t-shirts can be purchased for $12.
